Ingredients :

Shallot,Garlic,Chilli,Sugar,Salt,Candlenut,Turmeric,Shrimp Paste,Vegetable Oil,Flavour Enhancer (E621),Preservative (E202)

Cooking Directions :

  • Add 1000ml water,100ml coconut milk and 1/2 jar of this seasoning paste .Optional,stir fry seasoning with 2 tbsp cooking oil
  • Prepare 250g vegetables (long bean,chayote,petai bean etc)
  • Cook then reduce heat to low flame

Serving Suggestion :

  • Serve with indonesian rice cake (ketupat)
  • Add boiled eggs and melinjo chips
